Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting.
• Conduct property viewings and showcase properties in a professional and engaging manner.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, and landlords to achieve the best outcomes.
• Prepare marketing materials, including property listings and promotional content.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the London property market and local regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and company standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales-oriented role.
• Strong understanding of the UK property market, particularly in London.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in real estate software and marketing tools.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (preferred).
