Job Description
As an Education Consultant at TAMANNASMAGIC LIMITED, you will provide expert advice and guidance to students and families, helping them navigate academic pathways, school/university applications, and career planning. You’ll work closely with individuals to identify their educational goals and offer tailored solutions that support their academic and professional aspirations. This is a dynamic and rewarding role, offering the chance to make a significant impact on students’ futures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to students and families on educational choices, school/university applications, and career paths.
- Assess students’ strengths, preferences, and academic needs to offer personalized advice.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in education, admissions processes, and career opportunities.
- Assist with university/college applications, including personal statements, interviews, and portfolio preparation.
- Develop and deliver workshops on academic planning, study skills, and exam preparation.
- Build relationships with educational institutions to stay informed about entry requirements and program offerings.
- Provide support for students with special educational needs (SEN), offering tailored solutions.
- Monitor students’ progress and offer ongoing support throughout their academic journey.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Education Consultant, or in a related role such as teaching, tutoring, or student advisory services.
- Strong knowledge of the UK education system, including school and university admissions processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and families.
- Experience in career counseling or academic planning.
- Strong organizational and research skills, with the ability to provide tailored solutions.
- Empathy and patience when working with students of varying educational backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with students with diverse needs, including those with SEN.
- Familiarity with UK university programs, admissions requirements, and career pathways.
- Knowledge of educational tools and resources to support learning and development.
