Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide detailed information about our real estate and educational services, assisting clients with their needs.
- Resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Assist clients with booking appointments, scheduling viewings, or coordinating educational consultations.
- Provide administrative support to other departments, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Upsell services where appropriate and offer additional information to clients about other offerings.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions effectively and offer tailored advice.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role, preferably within real estate or education.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused attitude with a strong desire to help others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is preferred.

- Knowledge of the UK property market or education system.
