Job Description
As a Lettings Negotiator at TAMANNASMAGIC LIMITED, you will play a vital role in connecting tenants with their ideal rental properties across London. You’ll manage the lettings process from start to finish, including marketing properties, conducting viewings, and securing agreements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in London’s dynamic rental market, providing excellent service to clients while achieving personal and team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote rental properties to attract prospective tenants.
• Conduct property viewings, showcasing features and answering tenant inquiries.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements, ensuring terms satisfy both landlords and tenants.
• Build strong relationships with landlords to maintain and grow the property portfolio.
• Provide advice to tenants and landlords on market trends, rental values, and legal requirements.
• Perform tenant referencing checks and handle tenancy documentation.
• Ensure properties are ready for occupancy, coordinating with property managers as needed.
• Work towards individual and team targets, contributing to the company’s success.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lettings, sales, or customer service.
• Knowledge of the UK rental market, particularly in London.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in property management software and online marketing tools.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• ARLA Propertymark certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience working with both residential and commercial lettings.
• Familiarity with London’s rental regulations and tenancy laws.
