Job Description
As the Marketing and Sales Manager at TAMANNASMAGIC LIMITED, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our real estate and educational services. You will drive sales growth, manage marketing campaigns, and ensure a cohesive brand presence across all platforms. This is a strategic and hands-on role that combines creativity with business acumen to enhance client engagement and achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate and educational services.
  • Lead and manage sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media posts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate events, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing and sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure goals are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a similar managerial role, preferably within real estate or education sectors.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and sales techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
