Job Description
As the Marketing and Sales Manager at TAMANNASMAGIC LIMITED, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our real estate and educational services. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate and educational services.
• Lead and manage sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media posts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
• Coordinate events, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements
