Job Description
As the Office Manager at TAMANNASMAGIC LIMITED, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and organization across all departments. You will manage office supplies, coordinate administrative tasks, and support staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment. This is a key role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
- Handle office supplies, inventory management, and coordinate ordering as needed.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing.
- Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail distribution.
- Ensure that office policies and procedures are followed and maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
- Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems to ensure organization and easy access to information.
- Coordinate and support internal events, meetings, and employee activities.
- Provide administrative support for HR activities, such as employee onboarding and recordkeeping.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure the office is properly maintained.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to manage office supplies, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate or education sectors.
- Knowledge of office management best practices and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
